I'm sure there's a solution to this problem.......hang on a minute why i check out my Monty python book on "medievil law" .......oh here it is page 356 , paragraph two.....it clearly states that too save our green and pleasant land from the Tirany of scoundrels and vagabonds from across the border ( ie Scots, Walsh,Irish )...... its every man's duty to the King or Queen to knock off at least one a year......
