Taronga Zoo daily admission (if not taken with the ferry trip)
Families: adult $37.40, child $18.70 (minimum 3 guests with 1 child aged 4-15 years visiting)

Also check online as you can get some really good deals on family tickets. EG we went to the Aquarium in Darling Harbour after 4pm, and saved $50 by booking the tickets online.
The free play area in Darling Quarter is FAB, definitely recommend it, our kids loved the zipwire

If you have a car I think Sydney Reptile Park, which is less then an hour's drive north of Sydney, is great for kids.
