Great! Now people will start thinking of buying property there for hols - that'll push the prices up beyond our means! Where to go now for affordable housing?.... Darwin?

From C4 website, def. Thursday 8 - 8.30pm
A place in the sun:
Sean Clarke and his Danish girlfriend Mette are selling up to move from Birmingham to Perth, Western Australia.

PS What's the C stand for in SOTC?

Not a bluenose. Does the C have 8 letters, if so I won't hold it against you

But I reckon it's probably 4 letters, if so we can agree !

I need to get into Aussie Rules anyway, and start calling football 'soccer'.

I wouldn`t bother with Aussie rules - rugby and boxing hybrid played by nutters in sleevless t shirts - stick to football ( the proper version ) its much better

Yes, Rugby Union is the sport of kings. Rugby league & aussie rules are the sport of fools.

...and sadly union is still boring and confinded to the middle classes of the home counties.
League, well still the wonderful entertaining game it has always been since the toffs at Twickers kicked us out 109 years ago!
