Default Ping pong

Just throwing it out there, if any one knows if I brought my dog from Australia recently he's had his Rabies injection before we came, if we decided we didn't like it back here in UK, is there any time limit on he injection or does he still have to go back into quarantine regardless?

There is always quarantine in Australia. Best not to ping pong with pets IMHO.

We're bringing ours back in a couple of weeks. They still have to do the mandatory 30 days in Aus quarantine as well as going through the usual serology report /bloods done 30 days prior to export palava. There's been talk for ages about the 30 days being reduced but nothing so far. Apparently it's only 10 days if you come via NZ though - I'm sure someone more in the know might be able to shed some light on this. Make sure you keep the dog crate you shipped him in, this will bring your costs down.
