Anyone got more info on this???? Found it on a migration company's web page. Originally posted under immigration but had no response as yet so thought I would try here.

'A pilot program to allow overseas students to undertake traditional trade apprenticeships in regional Australia on a full fee paying basis, and on completion of these, to apply for migration under one of the Regional Skilled Migration visas'

I would consider applying for this to get into a trade as my professional skills dont get me enough points under skilled migration.

Any comments??

It looks good , but you will need plenty of cash to fund your course and yourself whilst training , this may take 3 years, I would look at what you don't qualify for in terms of benefits.
