I like your photos. We are hoping to go to Adelaide and its great to see pictures of places you've been to, brings back great memories.

Incidently how did Max cope with the trip over and who did you use. We are hoping to bring our dobermann with us.

why should it be considered 'brave' ??

if you met some one in the pub would you introduce yourself as 'badgersmount' (and be instantly recognised as a complete twat) or would you say 'hi my names ....'??

there is no difference in the web ....there are no more 'complete saddo's'...it just seems it...

cheers

Here's some of mine taken in South Australia:
http://www.hartill.net/Oz/

I've only been here 3 months, so I've only had winter light to work with.

And talking of light, the sun in Adelaide this week reaches the same angle as it does in the south of the UK.

After not having a summer in 12 months, I can now look forward to better weather out here than back 'home' for the next 8 months. Ahhhh.

Today it's cold and wet - ideal net surfing weather.
Fab pics.

We only got our visa on Friday and when we eventually sell the house we will be heading to adelaide. Your pictures just confirmed that we are doing the right thing.

Thanks

Sally and family

Hi Jo,

As far as the trip is concerned, you'll never know how well your dog coped - unless he makes the headlines for chewing through a jumbo's control wires.
If you ask the kennel staff if the dog arrived happy they just humour you with a "yes".

Max's journey is described on this page: http://www.hartill.net/Aus/pets.html

All I can say for certaint is that there appear to be no ill-effects from his trip and time in quarantine. The trip iteself was a mystery to me, Max isn't telling.

Rob,

Great photos.

Someone sent me this link to the South Australian Film Corporation website. Click on 'Locations', there are some great shots of SA.
