Default Phoning Dimia

Has anyone ever phoned dimia to check whether their medicals have arrived or not?

After our original application got lost, we just need to make sure that they arrived ok.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Were your meds requested or sent unrequested?

Meds were unrequested but advised to get them done by our agent.

We are going STNI and application was backdated to 28th October (this is when it should have gone in but got lost for 3 months by Dimia!)

Apparently STNI applications are taking 4-6 months and we are at 5 months now).

We applied in nov, skilled ind - modl, sent meds and pcs unrequested in january and haven't heard anything yet.

Have heard a lot of people say that if you call DIMIA then you cheese them off. I sent them an email recently to advise them of a change in our email address and to askmif they had got our meds and pcs and got the standard reply of ' your email is being acknowledged and you will recieve a reply within 5 working days ' haven't heard a dickiebird from them since.

might ring them at the end of may, thats 6 1/2 mths up for us then.

good luck and let us know how you get on.
