Ours were fine apart from a stupid pontzt hairdo they'd given them, looked like a right couple of nambys.
They'll be fine, wait until they see their 1st roos & all the birdsong.
Have a lovely reunion

My daughter has a chihuahua. She slept out the other night and when she came home the next day he was so excited he peed on her
That was after 1 night. I dread to think what he'll be like after a month

We picked our dog up in Sydney complete with kennel cough and bad bites and rashes!Thank you Quarantine Center!!!
He's now fine after a trip to the vet and some TLC!
Appart from that he was delighted to see us and it was great to see so many emotional people at the gates waiting to pick up their pets.

The day we picked our dog up from Coolangatta was great - she didn't see us for a minute and then she was overcome with excitement, the poor thing. She was none the worse for her experience. See you later today, Claire...

Re: Pets coming out.......Monday!!
first few days - just out and about in the garden and house.
end of week - a gentle stroll out for about 10 mins in total
start of 2nd week - 2 ten minute walks
end of 2nd week - 2 20 min walks
3rd week - back to our normal routine of 2 30 minute walks a day
But to be honest id let your dog advise you of their needs, if they are sleeping lots, let them!
Take your camera with you, I was so pleased we got some pictures of our reunion! Take tissues with you too i was bawling!! Take leads, poo bags, collars etc.

our boys were fine. My words of wisdom for you are to not take your dog out on their usual length of walk. They dont get much exercise in quarantine and so they will have to build up their muscle leve again. Mind you it doesnt take long. here is how we did it:
