There's a couple that come up regularly on the forum and seem to get a good press:

Airpets Oceanic, based Heathrow
Golden Arrow, based Shropshire

I think Jets4Pets also have an office in Manchester, but not sure.

I'm currently evaluating all three of them as we're taking our three cats with us.
