Petrol Prices
With the high oil price just now & petrol reaching $1.06 a litre here in Melbourne I was wondering what the prices were like in the UK just now. Have you seen a jump recently to???

Also jumping up in the US - $2.15 a gallon
(3.79 Litres) so that's equvalent to about $0.75 AU a litre. That still seems cheap to me, but when we got here in 2002, it was $1.30 a gallon. Now there are all these radio commercials about how people can save money on the 'rising gas prices' ... Not sure how some of the folks here would survive in the UK

diesel`s just gone up again to 84.9p a litre at my local garage was 81.9p beginning of the month
