We used Airpets to take our cats from UK to USA 3 years ago but now need to organize another trip this time from Los Angeles to Brisbane in July. Airpets don't operate from USA so does anyone have any recommendations please?

Try and book direct with the Airlines when leaving the States to avoid agent fees

Thank you, we chose to go with Pet Express. I prefer to use an agent for the last few things as they do all the last minute USDA endorsements and certificate A etc which if not done correctly can cause complete chaos ( as we saw when seeing someone who had arranged their own stuff at USDA trying to get her paperwork endorsed for her dogs to fly that night then discovered she had the paperwork wrong from her vet and would have to get new flights booked for both herself and her dogs!) and as these things have to be done within the last 5 days we have a ton of other things to be doing as well.
