Bear in mind the dishes are entree-sized portions so you don't get much for your money. The drinks bill - 3 bottles of beer, one glass of sangria and a small Coke was more than $40 alone. Food was good but not that good.
Mind you not as bad as the $500 bill for 8 at a Chinese restaurant in Northbridge back in November. Fortunately, we weren't paying.

Very funny but soooooo true. Me, hubby and our 10-year-old son went to Rusticos tapas bar in Rockingham a few weeks ago and the bill was an eye-watering $138.

You should tell your 10 year old to cut back a bit on the beer then.

If we go out to eat and manage to get it around $100/$115 mark we think we got a cheap meal out and that is without alcohol. What people don't always understand is that a lot of these places spend a huge amount in rent.We often go to a place over in Claremont that is just inside the shopping centre. They had soup on the menu for $20 a bowl.
Four of us would cost $80.Yet every time we go it is packed.
