Ellenbrook is still developing with lots of promise for the future, however rentals are hard to come by so book early if you plan to rent before buying.

Have heard that Gnangara Road can be busy and noisy (runs past Ellenbrook) so maybe avoid anything too close to that one.

Were all going good thanks, any news on when you may be here? New Job going well, just been to Sydney for a couple of days. Boys still really happy too...
