Perth and suburbs some advice.
We were thinking of moving to Sydney, but it now seems vey expensive for housing etc.
This coming summer we are going to take a look at perth, (which seems to be less expensive) can anyone suggest a few suburbs near to a decent beach, with a short comute to the city centre, that we can go and look at.

Any burb near the beach and a short comute will be in the higher price range .
