thanks for the replies regarding perth properties,its quite surprising to think we would struggle to find suitable property that far out!what areas s.o.r would be within our price range of $400?Its looks more like brisbane now i've read some of the replies/links.we are due out for a holiday later on in the year we'll able to make our minds up then.
