Anyone got any suggestions? Three of us 'off the boat' on Jan 21st 04. Myself, Lesley and Matthew (aged 3 1/4). Bring on Holland. Email; [email protected] Quality furnished at this time of the year will cost between $500 and $750 a week. Middle of summer here. Poms in Perth do have another name here, but cannot repeat it, they have a very poor reputation here. Good Luck Paul J |

Re: perth arrival accommodation
I would love to help ...
I advertised a couple of times.... but unfortunately most people coming to Perth seemed to have made arrangements when I last advertised. Shame ... my little place in the Kelmscott - Armadale locality is booked until June. I was going to furnish it for migrant families on a three month let, meet and greet etc. ... It is now being rented to some lovely tennants as unfurnished. Oh .. well Happy Chirstmas and safe flights to all of the new arrivals. :) |

Cheers Paul PS and no I'm not on commision! ;) Personally, looking at some of the rates quoted on this thread, I don't find Poms In Perth too expensive. Yes, they play on the Brit converting back to the pound, but why not! You have to remember you are getting a fully furnished 3 or 4 bed house usually with a pool, not a grotty hotel room with no room to swing a cat. I have to also say that I have heard some very good things about Gail's business (as Jacko mentioned) and it would definately be worth talking to her about what she can do to help. |
