Perth 1 week in update

First impressions are how different from England Perth ISN'T. It still rains, you can get English newspapers, bitter and Walkers crisps etc etc. Having been out East 3 years ago it is certainly less different over here.

It is a lot less congested than the UK, with the exception of shopping centre car parks. But the friendliness of the people still surprises me.

We sorted a rental yesterday. It is a 4 bed, 3 bathroom in Currambine but no pool. Still we are only 5 mins from the beach.

There are lots of job ads for accountants so I don't see that being a problem.

We are going car hunting in a bit.

I love Perth and apart from when I heard Leamington FC had made it into the first round proper of the FA Cup against the big boys I haven't had a moments doubt we have done the right thing.

It still amazes me when people are actually there it is soooo surreal!!
You watch others for months waiting for visas house sales etc then all of a sudden they are the other side of the world actually living the dream!!
