people going aus without a visit?
#1
hi just wondering how many people moved or are moving to aus without visiting?

if you do a quick search, last week there was a thread, and there have been a couple of polls in the past as well.
There are plenty that went "blind"
I've been only briefly, the rest of the family have never been.

Hi,
We moved to Australia 19months ago, from the UK without ever visiting. The only time i had been on a plane was to go to italy in 2004!!
We were lucky that we had a relocation package, so were in a hotel until we found a rental.
Still scary, to start with.
