Following on from all the what food is available threads, can you get a good flaky meat and potato pastie in Oz.
I once knew a girl, who was, shall be say slightly posh, and had travelled all over the world, and she had no idea what a pastie was!!!
More importantly are the available pasties in oz available in SE Queensland?

I know I'm going to regret posting this, but in Scotland you can get a meat and potato pie - it's called a Bridie.
