is it a Casual contract? or are you classed as permanent part time?
As far as I knew, casual = no holiday pay, however permanent part time = holiday pay in lieu...as it worked out based on the hours you work...

It does seem a bit odd though, that you get sick leave but no holiday pay I always thought the loading covered the lack of holiday and sick pay.

A potent force in Australian industry; especially as many part-time jobs are in the fast growing services sector. It must come down to individual agreements though.

Re: Part timme = no holiday pay
I'd go argue! Our casuals get higher rates of pay as no added benefits, permanent part timers get sick pay, holiday pay & super, so no it's not standard to get no holiday pay.
