parent visa issue
I'm ready to apply for a contributory visa what I need to know, is it mandatory for a daughter to have lived in oz 2 years even though she is an Australian born citizen... If not, would a family (brother) cover as a sponsor being resident and born there. I orginally was a former resident but do not qualify because of my age. Former resident and close ties covers under 45 age group.
Would appreciate, other experiences or options how I could apply for other visa type. |

The Balance of Family test has to be satisfied anyway - look at www.immi.gov.au for all the details. |
