Always reading about peeps front loading, so what's the best thing to do. All input welcome. Thanx :(

Hi, from submitting our visa it took about 8 weeks for acknowledgment then another 2 months before been asked to attend medicals.

We didn't put a reference number on our medicals when we frontloaded. I think they match them up to your application using your passport number. We got our visa granted no problems.

I heard or read somewhere that u can re-apply for the local police check again (ou local one only took 7 days to come through) and the time scale changes to the date on police check letter :) Fi.

Ann

Hi Ann just heard from another BE member that they are about to look at applications dated 08/08/06 this week and next week, DIMA received ours on 12th Aug, should hear anytime now.

I would print them off so you can see the type of medical history information they will require (very indepth).

Paula

Does anyone know if you can access the medical forms on DIMA's website. It would be interesting to see what info they are after?

Hi

Just finished printing them off myself, we've got our med's tomorrow. Wish I'd started earlier - there's 5 of us going and each one is 9 pages long. Late night for me then. (I wonder if you can be turned down for generally looking like s**t?) :scared:

Not tried attaching anything before so I hope it works.

Cheers!

The BE member who told me this E-mailed DIMA, who got back to him to say he needed to speak to the manager as his application wasn't in the system. He received a second E-mail from the manager to assure him that his application wasn't lost and that they would be looking at the applications dated 08-08-06 later on this week. :)
