Hi
Does anyone know if an agent has said to you that he has looked at our CV'S and says that we would need diploma level qualifications and we dont....where do we stand now.
what other ways are there of getting emigration....

Not everyone qualifies for immigration. Sorry - but that's the way it is.
By all means get a second opinion to be sure.
As for 'other ways' - take a look at the DIMIA website and see what categories might suit. http://www.immi.gov.au
