Oz - UK Flight Prices

I've read it cost more for flights from Oz - UK as apposed to UK - Oz, can anybody give me a clue as to an average?

The cheapest I've seen to London is $1382 return Plus taxes (normally around $250 -300) but thats from Perth. You would normally have to add on another $400 -500 for East Coast Flights.

I looked at this the other week because we are moving to Perth on 9th May and Mark want's to come back for his mate's wedding on 5th August. If we booked his return going on 9th and back on 5th Aug, then a single back to Perth, it was Â£400 cheaper than booking a single in the first place then a return from Perth-Heathrow. :scared:

Ouch! ....lol. Sorry, I've been working nights and not long up. This is too much for my head to try and take in at the mo ...lol.

That's a lot of saving I reckon. I will have to return to the UK once every 3 years which won't be too bad I spose.

Better start looking for an evening job as well as the day job me thinks!
