Why OZ the only country in the Southern Hemisphere that is'nt a third world toilet.

Actually they are planning to build the worlds biggest toilet in Oz in a small town called Dunedoo just outside Dubbo.

Well you built the Millenium Dome did'nt you, not very different from an enormous toilet, atleast the toilet would serve some useful function.
