OZ/NZ Flio Flop for UK Citizen

Can a UK citizen spend 6 months in Oz then go to NZ for 6 months then repeat this process ad infinitum on a visitor visa?

Can't speak for NZ, but Aus would probably stop you on entry after a few trips as it will look like you are trying to live there on a visitor visa, which is a strict no-no. Also you would need to apply for a full tourist visa each time as the usually instant online ETA only allows 3 months at a time.
