Not in the cheaper suburbs where I am looking....
Though I did see more auctions in the paper in the more expensive suburbs.

I'm glad there's not, that be another thing I'd need to get informed about, and I really can't be bothered!

Just a thought - how about a loft conversion job? If you can find a place suitable it can be a good way of getting more for your money - I used to love my loft room when I was a kid.
