Does anyone know if you can get a citizenship doc replaced either here in the UK or in Oz if has been damaged by water? It is still in one piece, the watermarks are still visible but only just with tears in the center where it was folded. I am hesitant to use sticky tape or anything like that to hold it together in case they turn around and say it makes it invalid (probably a silly thought but don't want to temp fate). Also if you can get it replaced - how much does it cost?
