Question Over 45?

I am enquiring on behalf of a friend who has expressed an interest in Australian migration.

He is 43 although his wife is 50 does this exclude them?

Is it only the main applicant who needs to be under 45 or do all the applicants need to be under 45?

Are there any alternatives?

Thanx Tinax

Hiya

When we applied for our permie residency (3 years ago) the age limits were for any person on the application, not just the main applicant.

This may have changed since then though.

Other alternatives....money probably

Not correct - age limits have historically only applied to the main applicant and I can definitely say this is the case for general skilled migration from 1 July 1999.

Thanks Jeremy...I stand corrected!

This is something that I had always believed since our application. I guess I must have read it somewhere, but am glad for knowing otherwise.

Cheers
