"Our Mate" or British-style Marmite
My "Our Mate" stocks that I brought with me from NZ are running low. Does anyone know from which supermarkets I can buy this in either Cairns or Brisbane?

"My mate" is "Marmite" made by the same company for the Australian market.
They couldn't call it Marmite in Aus as there already was a Marmite -which is not the real thing.

My mate was told 'my mate' was the Aussie version that they made.

Kiwi Vegemite crap too. too much Sodium. actually it's bloody bitter!
Kiwi (Sanitarium) Marmite is just acceptable for me.
What's "Our mate"? (never tried) I thought it's Kiwi version of Pommy Marmite? so the taste similar aren't they?. Nah?
to the OP, Surely you can find 'Our Mate' in anywhere Oz? Why NOt? Usually you can buy most of NZ stuff in Oz. Is 'Our Mate' Kiwi made??
I've got a British Marmite which I bought last year (It was NZ$13
). I don't know what to do with this as I can't eat. don't think anybody wants this - because.. Kiwi guys usually loathe British Marmite 
also I don't have any British friends who wants this, either

Pommy Marmite is shite. It's YUCK. My b.f also hates this (he is a typical Pom)
