Not sure on a direct equivalent to OU. However many university offer distance learning degrees / post grad etc.
Depending where you go someone should be able to help. I know CSU in NSW is very good. You study at home and do a few residentials a year

Some of the others include Monash University, University of New England, Deakin University, and the University of Southern Queensland.

The University of London is also an option. Strangely, the OU itself does not allow Australian residents to study most of its courses (for which there is no good reason).

In doing any distance learning course, the same 'due diligence' issues apply as for a regular course, eg reputation of institution, course accreditation etc.
