Our ad in our local Safeway has paid off!!!

We got a viewing on sunday!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited!!!! sad I know.....but when you've only had 3 viewings in 6 months its something to celebrate!!!!!!

Keep EVERYTHING crossed peeps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've told the kids its all hands on deck to make the house 'perfik' and if they need to poo they can go next door!
Am gonna buy flowers....cook summit nice to make everywhere smell dreamy (no ginger bikkies in the microwave this time!! )......oh and I'm buying the biggest padlock I can find for after they come in

Nope I'm safe.........my neighbours are both new....phew! One is v. young and single..the other is much older and tells me she's a solicitor.....hmmm... or did she say she was soliciting??

Safeway take their ads down after a week, so you'll need to keep replacing them. Mind you, your house will be sold in a jiffy so it won't be a concern!

Now bloody sell it.

Admiral Lord Nelson Catchment area, walking distance to the shore, quiet secluded area, south facing garden, area is on the `out skirts` of the city..and all that sh*t.

When they ask when are you hoping to move.......answer `Whenever you want us to`!!! and then smile.

Once you have that buyer you can worry about all the other things later.
