Hi we have just booked one way travel insurance with the Post Office. You do need to ring them and can't book it online, so if you go on their website for the number and phone them they will give you a quote. They offer up to 17 days cover after you clear immigration.
Most policies cease as soon as you pass through immigration. Gives you a few days grace to allow you to register with Medicare and get yourself sorted.
