Default one way travel insurance

I want to arrange travel insurance for when we leave and wandered if anyone can recommend a company? Have done a quote through go walkabout but that was much more expensive than our current family annual policy! I guess niche market so they specialise and can charge for it cheers Liza

Hi there,

I know American Express do such a policy. We were quoted £70 for two adults. It provides cover for 5 days which was more than enough for us. It covers all of the usual things.

I was specifically told that my current policy doesn't cover one-way trips

Cheers

LG

Most have to be both ways, some only cover you until you land.

PO covers you for 17 days as long as you are in temp/holiday accommodation
