OMG! We have had an offer!
We are in a bit of a daze at the moment as we have had an offer on our house.
Its a little under the asking price but it is a start and we are in negotiations with the buyers.
So fingers crossed, we shall have a sale by the end of next week
As soon as we hear or have any updates, then we will let you know.
Our holiday in March may well turn out to be a permanent move, especially as the buyers have no where to sell
