OMG - SECOND VIEWING ! kARMA pLEASE
Just had a phone call from agent - people who viewed our propety last October now want a second viewing. This is so out of the blue.
We really do have a difficult property to sell - it is an old farmhouse but divided into 2. We have opened it up so that whilst it still is two homes, it can easily be converted back into one.
These people are looking to buy with their friends so are coming back on Monday afternoon. I knew they liked the house(s) first time, but they weren't in a position to buy then - my stomach is turning - could this really be it?
I want it sold so much, just want to get back to the sunshine - but my head keeps telling me to calm down, it aint gonna sell !!

All the best of luck Blossom. You have to think that it must have stuck in their heads for them to come back to it after 5 months.

Just phoned hubby to let him know the news - he can't even remember them it was so long ago !! As one would imagine, he told me to calm down and not hold my breath ! So typical - goodness knows what I'll be like if they do want it!!
