CONGRAGULATIONS!!!

I have been anticipating a celebratory post from you.

We are in more or less the same position as you i.e. accepted offer on house last Friday, visas arrived the Monday before, expect to exchange in July and fly out in August.

Oooh, it's a celebration!!!
