Such a hard process selling your house. You just dont know who is telling the truth :( Trust goes a long way, but only if your buyer is trustworthy! Anyway, have a good weekend :) :) |
Re: Ohhhhh Noooo
we all left UK in April giving the house for sale / rent and only yesterday we had tenants but wished I had sold it. Four months of no income from the house.
But living in Aus was worth it |

But living in Aus was worth it We arrived here end of October last year and did not have a tenant until end of December, only 2 months without any income to help pay our UK mortgage. I do agree, it was worth it because we are now living in Australia, yippee! But realisticly for us, it would still have been better if we were able to have sold our house before leaving - would have made our new life in OZ that little bit easier, especially at the end of the TAX year  HELP!!! Glad you to are enjoying this lovely country :) |

jan & gaz xx :) The chain is up and running again. Hope to exchange in 2 weeks time. The girls and I will go out at the end of the month regardless of the position of the sale of the house. Thanks for your support :) |

We are very fortunate not to have a mortgage, that's why we will go out regardless of what happens with the sale. |

Nice position to be in eh ;) No mortgage - WOW! You are one of the luckier ones! You can really start afresh when you join your hubby in Australia :) |
