Default Nursing In Perth

Hi All

Seeking some advice from registered nurses working in Perth hospitals please..

My wife is a registered nurse (E grade) in the UK and is now a community nurse (having spent years on a childrens ward). She has a nursing diploma but not a degree. She is concerned that if we emigrated to OZ now she would end up on a hospital ward working unsocial hours /shifts, would this be the case ?? should we hang on to complete the degree or move now ??

Help please...
