NSW Driving Licence
Having been in Sydney a week, we have finally got our driving licences. On our first attempt we were told we had insufficient ID and should wait for our Bank Cards to come through. Second attempt armed with the said cards we were told that the UK paper licence was invalid. After two hours of departmental discussions they relented and issued us with our NSW Licence. The good news: no tests, except eye test.
The bad news: update your UK Licence before you leave.

What ID did you have to provide in the end....what was the point of the bank cards?We have new UK licences, so that shouldn't be a problem.
