mmmm, was really good. Shame we had to bring the kids, good job Si's mum and dad came to look after them.. :D

Shame didnt get to speak to everyone again. who's Arthur?? Did i miss someone.. ?

Well till the next time, lookin into an overnight stay, without the kids on a weekend in about a month.. Who's up for it. night out then back to same hotel. will make it cheap... Names please...

dont think we'll make that one unless, we dont get the visa and you can come and stay in our hotel cos we may be homeless :rofl:

but im sure we'll get to see you before we go at some point,S-J not talking about you ,as im sure we'll be up to celebrate at some point hopefully ;)

we were just thinking...if we're going to stay in a hotel we should make the most of it and go somewhere out of our home towns (Notts, Derby, Derbyshire, Chesterfield) as we can stay there anytime.

Open to other suggestions though...?:thumbup:

Just been looking on laterooms.com and you can stay in a 4* like the Plaza?? for 75quid but that doesn't include breakfast, if you add breakfast it makes it around 100 quid. The Plaza is across the road from train station which is good for those that don't intend on driving. If we were to stay in Leeds centre we would struggle for parking anyway:unsure:

Let us know what you think guys. Some places like the Express thingy were booked up. I was looking at 1st or 8th of sept?????

Laterooms gave me an idea... bit further north, but me and si stayed at a penthouse apartment on the Quayside in Newcastle earlier this year, they have 2 beds for £120 and 1 Beds for £80. Self catering, got washer dryers, full size fridge/freezers etc.. brand new apartments,, really nice if you get the 'river' side and not the road side, this was a bit noisy...

anyone fancy a roof top brekkie on the barbie???

ooo forgot to add the widescreen lcd in the lounge the Ps2, the apartments are really clean and the staff were fab.. the cleaners even handed in my sunnies and earrings i left!! :eek:

up for leeds too though, drinking fab in both cities,, leeds was a bit of an old 'club' haunt for me about 8yrs ago... :blink:
