'course not, they're all too busy hiding behind hedges catching us with their speed cameras.

Is it really fair to wind people up about the place that they call home? I know people want to know the good and bad about areas in which they hope to settle and you are entitled to your opinion, but to be fair Diane actually lives in Clarkson and doesn't expereince any problems, can you really comment when you don't live there?

Tracey
Actually a friend of mine moved too Clarkson and now lives in Nedlands, she always says they should never of sold the Clarkson house.
Everywhere has bad bits all depends on neighbours etc.

Does anybody know anything about Iluka. There appears to be a lot of building going on and it maybe worth a look.

Iluka is next to Ocean Reef - you know, the place where Renth's neighbours were attacked! He's only jealous cos he wishes he'd moved to Clarkson.

I guess it`s all relative really - I grew up in a rough part of Fife but our neighbours were great, that`s what can really make or break and area.

Iluka's half built at present, and without a school or shops, although it is just the other side of Marmion Av from Currumbine mall. It's next to some lovely beaches, and the house prices reflect this!
We haven't seen any of Renth's aggro in Ocean Reef yet .. in fact the place is dormant after about 6:30 at night! We're very happy where we are, but have soon got to figure out whether we can afford a house locally.

Does anybody know if there are there any changes likely, due to the proposed freeway extension?
