Nice places near Sydney.............
My Dad is moving from Mount Eliza to Sydney and currently renting in Woolwich which is just way out of my league for buying property.
Been on realestate.com.au using new maps moving the arrow thingy around to nearly every town up and down NSW to find a decent place to look at.
Can anyone tell us a nice area not too far from Woolwich (up to 2 hours drive)
and if possible (asking the impossible) to be nearish to the sea or bush??
For about $350,000 (LOL)
Thankyou!!

Either would be within a 2-hour drive and you'd get your bush and sea fairly close.
You wouldn't get a house in beachfront suburb but should be able to find one within a short drive. Both the Central Coast and Wollongong are within easy reach of Sydney for shopping, day-trips etc although commuting daily for work can be a bit of a pain.
If you were prepared to forego the closeness to the sea, then the lower Blue Mountains are nice and it's very bushy around there .
