Newbies caboolture area
Hi guys.
My partner and I left the not so sunny south coast of England a few months ago and have been living in caboollture for the past two months.
We would be lying if we said we are living the dream yet but are working towards it and making a few friends over here would make life easier.
We are both nurses working at the Prince Charles hospital in Chermside on the Mental Health units but dont hold that against us.
Our ages are 37 and 32 with no kids or pets so we are pretty flexible with regards meet ups but would ideally like to get in touch with some people local to us.
So anyone fancy a coffee by the beach somewhere give us a shout.
Cheers
Jim & Claire

Re: Newbies caboolture area
Hi there Jim and Claire,
My husband Dave and I live on Bribie Island we have been here since 25th Nov, I am a nurse as well but not working at present as having a baby in a few weeks (1st one), Dave is an aircraft engineer working for australian areospace in Brisbane. Dave is 33 and I am 31.
We have 2 dogs (Labs). We have also not met up with anyone yet but things have been very mad trying to get things sorted out, so life is starting to settle a little now.
If you are interested in meeting for a coffee somewhere sometime let me know and we can organise this.
Hope to hear from you soon
Sarah
