Default New Years Eve Celebrations - Brisbane

Hi

We'll be in Brissie over Xmas and New Year as part of our validation/reccie and just wondered what people tend to do in terms of NYE celebrations etc?

Any recommendations for a billy no mates family of 4 with 2 young kids?

Thanks in advance

TT

Hi Tictac,
You'll find that most people will descend upon Southbank for NYE. There are 2 sets of fireworks 9pm and midnight. It gets a bit hectic - but still good fun.

Ah, the great New Years Eve Snore-In. The Bloke and the MIL will compete to see who can be asleep first
Luckily for me I can see the fireworks (just) from our verandah, and when i wake the neighbours and The Bloke by warbling Auld Lang Syne very loudly, he usually comes to join me. Best of both worlds?
