New to the site.. so much to view
I have read so many of the comments and have loads more to get through and all sounds good.
Has anyone moved from the UK and realised it wasn't everything they had hoped? My OH and I visited in March 06 and it felt like home, we fell in love straight away, we have lived in London throughout our lives and over the years become more and more depressed with the changes and looking to start a new life.
Has anyone left the UK and loved Oz so much they would never come back?

Hi,
It wasn't exactly love at first site for me apia05, but now I am finding I don't even think of England anymore, I love Australia and view it as my home now.

why would i go back? everything we want is here. we miss our families but find that we always have one parent/ brother/ sister here every year anyway and when they are you spend quality time with them
