Having just been to Oz and now set our hearts on emigrating having applied April 2001 we are really concerned that our visas will not be granted due to the recent points increase. Could anybody in the know advise us what the position is. Do all apllications already submitted get assessed on the points set at the time of application or are they assessed at the points level at time of processing? Has anybody who has not front loaded received any news who applied April 2001? We will eagerly await any replies.
