Am a the early stages of looking for perspective employment in Oz. Currently work for a well known restaurant and hotel chain in the uk.

Wanted to know if their are any major players in the restaurant/leisure industry in Oz. (and no not KFC, McDonalds).

Aah, that explains a bit more! I found this website:

As it suggests it's a site that lists Chain Hotel companies!!

That should give you a few contact points.

Any of the locals in Oz able to help on this one.
Looking for Beefeater / Harvester type restaurant chains.

Have been able to find one callled Sizzler (28 outlets) but was wondering if their was any larger companies out in Oz.

Theres a huge shortage of skilled workers in the hospitality industry in WA and probably in the rest of the country. You shouldn't have any trouble getting a job once you have the visa.
