We're looking at buying a house at around $250,000. What's the final price we are likely to pay with all the taxes etc...included ????

If you go to www.realestate.com.au they have a tool on there that will give you the final price inc stamp duty etc etc.

and, will there be a mortgage ?
My last property purchase at $212,000 cost an extra $9,200 in fees, stamp duty etc.
