New Business
I've managed to get my visa through the skilled shortage route and am planning on getting work as an engineer out there.
My wife currently has a small business over here in UK and was thinking of carrying on this business over in Melbourne. Is anyone aware of any restrictions that may apply to her, or possible problems she may encounter? I was under the impression that as a spouse she could more or less work at whatever she liked.
Thanks in advance for any help!!

I am sure there will be regulations to follow.
May be some worthwhile Tax breaks as well.
A specialist agent would be your best bet.
Good luck
